Interferon-alpha1 (IFN-α1) antisense RNA (AS) forms a competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) network with other IFN-α subtypes and mRNAs to regulate microRNA-1270 (miR-1270) levels. This network fine-tunes type I interferon signaling in the innate immune system.
