Histologic diagnosis of benign adnexal skin tumors. An algorithmic approach

Adnexal lesions have traditionally been classified according to their histogenesis. Frequently this approach is not particularly helpful in the initial evaluation of these lesions. A diagnostic algoithm based on morphologic characteristics alone provides a more orderly and logical approach to their diagnosis.
