Development of paradoxical low-flow, low-gradient severe aortic stenosis

Low-flow, low-gradient severe aortic stenosis (LFLG-sAS) is a distinct condition, not typically preceded by a high-gradient stage. This finding suggests a unique remodeling pathway in LFLG-sAS patients with preserved ejection fraction.

Background:
