Phacoemulsification surgery causes temporary corneal edema, with initial non-epithelial thickening followed by epithelial thinning. These changes, particularly near the incision, may impact vision after cataract surgery.

  • To evaluate early changes in corneal epithelial and non-epithelial thickness after clear corneal incision phacoemulsification.
