Cervical pregnancy, a rare ectopic pregnancy, requires early diagnosis. This study highlights successful management of three cervical pregnancy cases using diverse approaches, including hysterectomy, intra-amniotic potassium chloride with methotrexate, and dilation and curettage with balloon tamponade.
