Background:

Simultaneous fat grafting and breast implants offer a novel approach to breast augmentation.
Evaluating the aesthetic advantages of parasternal fat grafting alongside primary implant augmentation is crucial.

Purpose of the Study:

To assess the aesthetic benefits of selective parasternal fat grafting during primary implant breast augmentation.

Retrospective study of 59 primary breast augmentation patients.
Group 1 (n=38): implants only; Group 2 (n=21): implants plus 60-140 cc parasternal fat grafting.
