[Treatment of parkinson's syndrome. New developments]

The treatment of Parkinson's syndrome with newly developed drugs has to be planned within the entire therapeutic concept. Besides the anticholinergics, levodopa, amantadines and beta-blockers should be taken into consideration. When necessary, hypnotics, ataractics and antidepressant drugs should be applied.
