Posttraumatic midshaft clavicular shortening does not result in relevant functional outcome changes

Healed clavicular fractures show minor changes in shoulder motion, but functional outcomes remain excellent. These small differences in scapular orientation do not impact patient results, regardless of clavicular shortening.

Flail Chest-I
Flail chest is a severe and potentially life-threatening condition characterized by the fracture of three or more adjacent ribs in multiple places.
