Functional Voice Testing Detects Early Changes in Vocal Pitch in Women During Testosterone Administration

Testosterone therapy in women with low testosterone levels can lower vocal pitch in a dose-dependent manner. These objective voice changes occurred without significant changes in self-reported voice handicap.
