Summary

Benign childhood epilepsy with centrotemporal spikes (BCECTS) is linked to thicker cortices and larger gray matter volumes in specific brain regions. Comorbid attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) further correlates with distinct structural brain differences.
