Genomic best linear unbiased prediction method including imprinting effects for genomic evaluation

Genomic best linear unbiased prediction (GBLUP) models were enhanced to include genomic imprinting effects (GBLUP-I1 and GBLUP-I2). These models accurately estimate genetic variance and improve prediction accuracy for quantitative traits in livestock breeding.
