Summary
Ectopic breast cancer, a rare condition occurring outside the normal chest area, was diagnosed in a patient presenting with an enlarging mass. The patient successfully underwent treatment and shows no signs of recurrence.

Background:

- Adjuvant treatment included chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and endocrine therapy.

- Despite an R1 resection margin, the patient remains disease-free during follow-up, suggesting the effectiveness of multimodal treatment for ectopic breast cancer.
