Airway management techniques in a restricted-access situation: a manikin study

In emergency situations with restricted patient access, supraglottic airway devices like the laryngeal tube (LT) offer faster ventilation times and higher success rates compared to bag-valve masks (BVM). The LT was also rated easiest to use by emergency medical services providers.
