Adjuvant therapy remains necessary for all ovarian cancers expanding outside the ovary, and should be adjusted to stage and persistent tumor burden. Many problems need precise answers. Although progresses have been made, results are still unsatisfactory. The need for multicentric studies and trials is utmost underlined.
