Semantic integration of medication data into the EHOP Clinical Data Warehouse

Integrating medication data into clinical data warehouses (CDW) is challenging. A new method using semantic interoperability standards and a drug knowledge database (DKDB) achieved high precision and recall for prescription data integration.
