Using Learning Outcome Measures to assess Doctoral Nursing Education

1Dr. Krugman served as University of Colorado's Director of Professional Resources for over 20 years prior to moving into her current position of Director of Nursing Innovation and Outcomes. She provided oversight for Professional Development Specialists, Research Nurse Scientists, Nursing Informatics Specialists, Patient Education, the Graduate Nurse Residency Program, and the Nursing Professional Practice Program UEXCEL, among other responsibilities. Her activities in the Association of Nursing Professional Development included service on the board of directors, leadership on the Research Committee, service on the Journal for Nurses in Professional Development as a columnist for Evidence-Based Practice, and numerous conference podium presentations on professional development topics. In 2013, she received the Belinda Puetz Award for her contributions to Association for Association for Nursing Professional Development.
