Is ESR Important for Predicting Post-ERCP Pancreatitis?

Younger patients and those with elevated erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) face a higher risk of post-ERCP pancreatitis (PEP). Elderly individuals may experience safer outcomes during endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP).
