Summary

Meckel-Gruber Syndrome (MGS) is a lethal autosomal recessive disorder characterized by encephalocele, polycystic kidneys, and polydactyly. Diagnosis during pregnancy highlights the importance of genetic counseling regarding prognosis and recurrence risks.
