Abstract:
It was found that the title compounds were activated rapidly into the corresponding highly reactive phosphorochloridites by use of tris(2,4,6-tribromophenoxy)dichloro-phosphorane (BDCP) as a chlorinating reagent. The reaction was applied to the synthesis of oligodeoxyribonucleotides.
