    Area of Science:

    • Oncology
    • Pathology

    Background:

    • Malignant granular cell tumor (MGCT) is a rare soft tissue neoplasm.
    • MGCTs can occur in various anatomical sites, including the nasal cavity.

    Observation:

    • A 51-year-old male presented with a six-month history of intermittent right nasal bleeding.
    • Surgical resection of the nasal mass was performed.

    Findings:

    • Post-operative pathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of malignant granular cell tumor.
    • The patient remained disease-free with no recurrence one year after surgical management.

    Implications:

    • This case highlights the importance of considering MGCT in the differential diagnosis of nasal masses.
    • Successful surgical resection offers a favorable prognosis for nasal MGCT.
    • Further research into the etiology and pathogenesis of MGCT is warranted.
