Do altitude and climate affect paranasal sinus volume?

Climate and altitude do not significantly impact paranasal sinus volumes or anatomical variations. However, male patients exhibited larger maxillary and frontal sinus volumes compared to females.

- Maxillary and frontal sinus volumes were significantly larger in males compared to females (p < 0.025).
