Hematologic modifications in natalizumab-treated multiple sclerosis patients: An 18-month longitudinal study

Natalizumab treatment for relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis causes significant blood cell count changes, including the appearance of hematopoietic precursors. These hematologic modifications were not linked to any malignancies.
