[Miescher's granulomatous cheilitis]

Two patients with Miescher's cheilitis are described, with different disease length and histologic picture in involved foci. The essence of granulomatous cheilitis is still to be found, this being confirmed by the literature reviewed by the authors. Further accumulation of thoroughly verified data is necessary to solve this problem.
