[Anaphylactic shock in swine. 6. Experimental studies of the therapeutic use of adrenalin]

Young landrace 05 pigs, involved in experimental investigations of anaphylaxis, were tested for the therapeutic effect of adrenaline. Clinical pattern, arterial blood pressure, and white blood count were clearly affected in a positive manner by adrenaline. It, therefore, is thought to be properly suitable for medicamentous therapy of anaphylaxis.
