    • Histological and sialographic findings confirmed sialectasis, characterized by parenchymal lesions.

    Implications:

    • This case highlights the importance of advanced imaging in diagnosing pediatric salivary gland disorders.
    • Recognizing the transition from clinical sialadenitis to confirmed sialectasis aids in appropriate patient management.
