Does Educator Training or Experience Affect the Quality of Multiple-Choice Questions?

Physicians trained in writing multiple-choice questions (MCQs) produce significantly fewer flawed questions. Educator experience alone did not impact question quality, with untrained faculty, residents, and students performing similarly.
