Purpose of the Study:
- To investigate the correlation between pattern electroretinogram (PERG) parameters and postoperative visual acuity in idiopathic ERM.

- Implicit times of P50 and N95 waves correlated significantly with preoperative foveal thickness (P=0.008 and P=0.033, respectively).
Conclusions:
- The N95 amplitude in PERG is a significant predictor of visual outcomes following ERM surgery.
- Postoperative visual acuity is correlated with the function of the ganglion cell layer, the layer most affected by ERM.
