[Flow cytometric analysis of NIH/3T3 cells treated with extract of Aspergillus versicolor]

The effect of extract of Aspergillus versicolor, isolated from the gastric juice of patients with chronic gastric diseases in high incidence area of stomach cancer, on NIH/3T3 cells was analysed by flow cytometer. The results showed that the distribution of cell numbers in S phase and G2M phase of cell cycle, the average DNA content and proliferation index of cells treated with Aspergillus versicolor extract were significantly increased.
