Adhesive Approach Using Internal Coping for Vertical Root Fractured Teeth with Flared Root Canals

• A novel intentional replantation method utilizing an internal resin coping was developed.
• This technique aims to provide a reinforcing effect on the thin root canal dentin.

• The internal resin coping method was applied to two patients with fractured teeth.
• Both patients maintained satisfactory conditions post-treatment, indicating the method's potential efficacy.

Implications:
