[Lymphocytic aggregations in the bone marrow: their occurrence and morphologic analysis].

    Lymphocytic aggregations in bone marrow were found in 21.1% of cases. These lymphoid structures, including follicles and infiltrates, increase with age and are more common in women, aiding in differential diagnosis.
