[Different therapies in 2 cases of hyperdivergent monozygotic twins]

An interesting case of hyperdivergent homozygotic twins is examined. Both required dental treatment involving extractions: in one case of 15, 25, 35, 45 and in the other of 16, 26, 36, 46. The inherent problem is examined in the light of the extreme similarity of the twins.
