Intermaxillary relationship with the aid of a modified axiography

The purpose of this article is to relate a methodology for using an adjustable articulator with the help of axiography. Axiography revealed the true rotation axis, which allowed the cast of the mandible to be mounted without losing the established reference plane. In doing so, the new position of the mandible was stabilized with the aid of a reposition splint, which proved to be very successful.
