Patient arbitration agreements: are they worth the paper they're written on?

The purpose of this paper is to present to the dentist the effectiveness of arbitration as an alternative to the court system and as a partial solution to the dental malpractice crisis. Emphasis will be placed on the advantages and disadvantages in utilizing dental service arbitration agreements in one's practice.
