Summary

A mental visual imagery (MVI) program significantly improved autobiographical memory (AM) and episodic future thinking (EFT) in relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (RR-MS) patients. Benefits were sustained long-term, suggesting MVI targets core scene construction processes.
