Elevated exhaled nitric oxide in anaphylaxis with respiratory symptoms

Fractional exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO) levels may help diagnose anaphylaxis in patients without asthma, particularly those with respiratory symptoms. FeNO measurements taken within 24 hours of anaphylaxis onset decreased significantly after one month in this group.
