Altered resting-state functional connectivity in late-life depression: A cross-sectional study

Late-life depression (LLD) is linked to disrupted brain connectivity. This pilot study found increased connectivity in the default mode network (DMN), visual, and auditory networks in older adults with major depressive disorder (MDD).
