  • Low parathyroid hormone levels suggested a non-parathyroid source for hypercalcaemia.
  • Histopathology confirmed phaeochromocytoma after surgical resection.

  • This case highlights the importance of considering phaeochromocytoma in patients with unexplained hypercortisolism and hypercalcaemia.
  • Successful surgical management led to resolution of hypercalcaemia and hormonal imbalances.
