Summary

Deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty (DALK) and Descemet stripping automated endothelial keratoplasty (DSAEK) offer improved outcomes for corneal conditions. While penetrating keratoplasty (PKP) shows higher graft survival, DALK/DSAEK present fewer complications and better visual acuity in specific cases.
