A new kaurane diterpenoid from Isodon inflexus.

Researchers isolated a new compound, 15-acetyldemethylkamebacetal A, and six known diterpenoids from Isodon inflexus. All compounds showed inhibitory activity against nuclear transcription factor-kappa B (NF-κB) activation.
