Long Rest Interval Promotes Durable Testosterone Responses in High-Intensity Bench Press

Longer rest periods between bench press sets significantly boost testosterone levels more than shorter rests. This study found that 3-minute rests promote a more sustained elevation in total and free testosterone compared to 1-minute rests.
