Abstract:
The relationship between the degree of intramural infiltration and the aspect and macroscopic dimensions of stomach cancer is investigated in the light of personal experience and reports in the literature. Statistics in the literature suggest that the choice between total and subtotal gastrectomy is only available in antropyloric cancers.
