Probing the effect of OSCE checklist length on inter-observer reliability and observer accuracy

Increasing Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) checklist length does not affect observer accuracy or reliability. This study found no significant difference in performance with longer checklists for clinical competence assessment.
