Quality Management Systems Implementation Compared With Organizational Maturity in Hospital

Background:

• Quality management systems (QMS) provide a framework for continuous improvement and stakeholder satisfaction.

Purpose of the Study:

• To investigate and compare organizational maturity levels in hospitals based on their QMS implementation status.
• To determine the relationship between QMS implementation and hospital organizational maturity.

• Analytical cross-sectional study involving 32 large hospitals (over 200 beds) in Tehran.
• Data collected via QMS implementation checklists and ISO 10014-derived maturity questionnaires from 96 administrators and quality experts.
