Neuroretinitis with dual infections.

A young woman with eye symptoms was diagnosed with a dual infection: diffuse unilateral subacute neuroretinitis (DUSN) and cat scratch disease (CSD). Prompt treatment with albendazole and doxycycline led to vision improvement and resolution of neuroretinitis.
