Detection of dengue NS1 antigen using long-range surface plasmon waveguides

Early dengue diagnosis is possible by detecting the dengue non-structural 1 (NS1) protein in blood. This study demonstrates a new waveguide method for NS1 detection, showing promising results comparable to ELISA.
