Shoulder Manipulation After Distention Arthrography: Does Audible Cracking Affect Improvement in Adhesive Capsulitis?

An audible cracking sound during shoulder manipulation after distention arthrography may indicate better external rotation recovery in patients with adhesive capsulitis. This finding suggests the sound could be a positive prognostic indicator for shoulder range of motion improvement.
