Temsirolimus acts as additive with bendamustine in aggressive lymphoma

Temsirolimus combined with bendamustine and rituximab achieved a complete remission in a lymphoma patient. In vitro studies showed this combination effectively reduces cancer cell growth by inhibiting cell cycle and inducing apoptosis.
