[Papillary eccrine adenoma]

Papillary eccrine adenoma is a rare benign eccrine tumor of the skin occasionally difficult to differentiate from tubular apocrine adenoma. A new case of this eccrine lesion with immunohistochemical characterization is reported and a review of the literature emphasizing the differential features between these two entities is made.
