Potentiation Following Ballistic and Nonballistic Complexes: The Effect of Strength Level

Stronger individuals experience enhanced potentiation earlier and to a greater extent than weaker individuals following both ballistic and nonballistic training complexes. This finding highlights the importance of relative strength in optimizing potentiation effects.
