The Endocuff device, used during colonoscopy, detected more adenomas but did not significantly increase the number of patients with detected adenomas. Further research is needed to determine if this improves long-term outcomes for colorectal cancer screening.

- While Endocuff-assisted colonoscopy (EAC) may increase the total number of adenomas detected, it does not significantly increase the number of patients with at least one adenoma found.
- The clinical significance of increased adenoma detection with Endocuff regarding the reduction of interval colorectal cancers remains unknown.
